Heldense Bossen MTB 40KM

The route passes through the Bovensbos and Gruise Epper, the Heldense forests, and the Boekenderbosch. The starting point of the route is Kerkeboske, Helden, near the De Heldense Bossen campsite.

The route consists of 40 kilometers of forest with only a few paved paths and many kilometers of singletrack! The route begins calmly in the Bovensbos and Gruise Epper on slightly wider paths and continues through the Heldense forests and the Boekenderbosch with various challenging sections.

It is easy to shorten the route by skipping one of the forests. Information has been added at important points along the route.

Addition January 13, 2018; due to forest management, the paths in the southwest of the campsite are poorly accessible to impassable up to Kesselseweg. The route can be briefly shortened after you drive from Kesselseweg into the Heldense forests.
