This relatively short hiking route is something truly special. Almost every meter has its own story. Thus, you walk over a dike that the residents of Wedderveer used to take to church. In the village of Wedde, which has only 1200 inhabitants, there is a large castle. Definitely worth a visit. These sights and the tranquility in the river landscapes of the Westerwoldse Aa make it possible to wander around here for hours.
