This hike through and around Sellingen has everything a nature lover desires. Gently babbling streams with flower-rich river landscapes, ash trees with sweeping views, expansive heathlands and forests. You will also encounter characteristic old farmhouses along the way. The fact that you can still hike here wonderfully undisturbed is thanks to the determination of the Groningers. They prevented a plan that would have turned this area into a military training ground.
