This stage brings you over the island of Dordrecht, through the Dutch part of the De Biesbosch National Park - a unique freshwater tidal region. Cycle through the historical town of Dordrecht and enjoy its many monuments. The water bus will take you to the other side, where you cycle in the direction of the world-famous Kinderdijk windmills. From Kinderdijk you take the ferry to the other side, where you cycle across the dyke, along the river in the direction of Rotterdam with its wonderful skyline. Continue through Schiedam to arrive in Vlaardingen, the end of this stage.
