Discover the border region of De Klinge (B) and Clinge (Nl) along the border from Waasland to Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Step-by-step tips: Just outside the village center of De Klinge, you will dive straight across the border into the Clinge Forest, a beautiful area of pure nature of about 180 ha. On the educational and experience website Klingspoor, you can learn all about the old railway line, the wooden shoe industry, and the smuggling routes of the past. At the border between De Klinge (B) and Clinge (Nl), you will pass five numbered iron boundary stones from around 1839. The Große and Kleine Weel, also affectionately referred to as "The Kriekeputten," together form an idyllic image and a unique place for fauna and flora.
