Short hike of about 7.5 km around the ENCI quarry with descent into the quarry via a long staircase and continuation through the quarry to the endpoint.
Departure and endpoint is "Chalet d'n Observant", Kanaaldijk 115, 6212 NA Maastricht.

Opening hours of the quarry and the staircase: from April 1 to September 1 daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and from September 1 to April 1 daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Dogs and bicycles are not allowed in the quarry.
