Street race through the center
The local circuit for the street race is 11.5 kilometers long. It is particularly technical as it remains in the center of Alkmaar. With this, the organization wants the visitors to see the peloton pass by every twenty minutes. The cobblestone section of Munnikenweg (1,100 meters long) is also part of the route, just before the finish at Kanaalkade. The men will ride a loop of forty kilometers around Alkmaar after the start.
