AzureWelcome to beautiful South Limburg and especially to the municipality of Eijsden-Margraten. A century ago, the 'Great War' raged here just a stone's throw away. The Netherlands remained neutral, but a lot of things happened in Eijsden. This walking route leads you along the remains of the First World War in Eijsden. The route starts in the Breusterstraat where you can also easily park.
Please note that this route is not signposted. You can also find a separate route description here , including a map and the sights along this route. It also describes the history of these remarkable points. On the places themselves you will also find information boards.
