This route consists of two parts that can be linked to each other. Along the route there are signs that provide information about the flora and fauna. There is a 4.6 km long hiking trail in the Heerder area. The hiking trail in Epe is 5.5 km long. In Heerde, the walk starts at "De Schaapskooi" along the Elburgerweg to the Schaapskooi. The start is from Epe at the kiosk next to the deer camp on the Dellenweg. Hikers with a GPS device can download the tracks of both nature trail routes at GPSTracks.nl.
