From the nature transfer, the path leads through farmland to Banehede with the old well and the beautiful waterhole featuring the artistic element of the Roman road. From this elevated town, there is a beautiful view and the route now leads to the village of Nyswiller and the hamlet of Hilleshagen. For the party, we will go to Wahlwiller for a snack and then head to Cartils in Piepert, returning to Wahlwiller via Eyserheide. We will return under the sound of the steam train from ZLSM to the endpoint of Simpelveld.
Additional information
During the season, tourist trains operate on Wednesdays and Sundays on the route of the Miljoenenlijntje. With this tour, we will visit the station in Eys and Simpelveld.
