Walk Aunt Toos 3. Walk made for guests of B&B Bij Tante Toos. From the B&B you cross the Selzerbeek via the bridge and you are in Germany. Here begins a steep climb on the path that forms the border between NL and D. A height of about 55 meters is overcome over approximately 700 meters. From the high point one descends through the Kolmonderbos to Nijswiller. In Nijswiller the Rijksweg is crossed (if you have already got hungry, there is food bar Liflaf on the right) and you walk via the rising Biesweg to the plateau near Hilleshagen. After crossing the Hilleshagerweg you walk towards the hamlet of Elzet. Before Elzet you turn left into a path and you see the church of Vijlen high above everything in the hilly landscape. At the end of this path you arrive at the hamlet of Melleschet. A "round" is made around the nature reserve "de Hebrig" and via the Hilleshagerweg you walk towards Vijlen. The last part goes via unpaved path behind buildings of the Hilleshagerweg. At the end turn right Mamelisserweg (walk straight ahead for restaurants Cuba Libre and Vijlenerhof) and immediately 1st road left Oude Trichterweg. 1st path turn left and descend through the field to the roundabout at Mamelis. Cross provincial road and descend to B&B. Altimeters: 164.
