Walk Aunt Toos 4. Walk made for guests of B&B Bij Tante Toos. From the B&B you cross the Selzerbeek via a bridge and you are in Germany. Directly over approximately 700 meters of steep climb on path that forms the border between NL and D. Approximately 55 altimeters are overcome. At the end of the climb the route flattens and you walk on the plateau of Bocholtz towards Baneheide. After crossing the Provincialeweg, the route descends to Eys. There is a break at restaurant Bie de Tantes. After this, the route rises again and you walk to the junction at the top of the Kruisberg near Wahlwiller. (the Kruisberg is climbed annually during the Amstel Gold Race by the pros from Wahlwiller. It is a real "calf biter", only 600 meters long with a peak gradient of 16%.) Descend to Wahlwiller and at gasterij A gen Kirk break possibility. After this you walk to Nijswiller. After crossing the Provincialeweg you walk into Kolmonderbos and the route rises again. From the top of the forest one descends past the Abbey St. Benedictusberg to the Rijksweg. After this walk about 500 meters along the Rijksweg to the roundabout at Mamelis, descend and you are back at the B&B. Altimeters: 138.
