This green circuit walk is a beauty.
After the cozy Dorpsstraat of the North Brabant Liempde, you walk along an old church path and a grassy path to the Sint-Janspontje, where you cross the Dommel. Along beautiful farms, you stroll to the Duits Lijntje (an old freight railway line) where you walk along a beautiful footpath for quite a stretch. Then, a handful of lovely forested and shady country roads follow. Over a generally quiet one-and-a-half-kilometer-long bike path and over grassy country roads across high fields, you make your way back to the bus stop in Liempde. Apart from the buildings of the village and neighborhoods, the route is largely unpaved. Along that long bike path, there are wide strips of grass. In Liempde, there are plenty of dining options, and along the way after 5 km.
