The starting and ending point of the walk is at 's Heeren Vrunten, a bungalow park along the Schuitvaartjaagpad.
The estate is located along the Schuitvaartjaagpad and covers 30 hectares.
About 55 percent will be nature, 39 percent agriculture, and 6 percent will go to the building block (seven houses).
The estate fits into the vision of the municipality of Etten-Leur, which is realizing a green corridor along the municipal boundaries. The estate connects the Pannenhoef with the Schuitvaart, the Kogelvanger, the Vloeiweide, and the Liesbos.
