21.1 km between Doorn and Leersum

From/to: start at the parking lot* at the Schoonoordselaan, 3941 KJ Doorn, municipality of Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the Netherlands. Free parking.

A beautiful half marathon for joggers and long-distance walkers at any time of the year. You walk in the transition area of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Kromme Rijn on narrow, rural roads through, among other things, the hamlet of Darthuizen and the park of Broekhuizen Castle. Then through the Darthuizerpoort and around the Leersumse Veld. The wooded way back to Doorn goes 31/2 km on the paved Let de Stigterpad and thus along the Darthuizer Berg and over the tops of the Hoogstraat and Ruiterberg.
