Nice walk from Metro station Frognerseteren (T) to Metro station Sognsvann (T) via Vettakollen and Båntjern.
This tour descends, but on the way you sometimes have to climb. On Vettakollen is a nice view point over Oslo. Båntjern is a mountain lake that you can walk around. Several picnic options along the way.
