Hike to Preikestolen

You step into the rugged nature of Southern Norway, where the Lysefjord cuts deep into the landscape. The route takes you past the Preikestolen BaseCamp, where you can warm up before starting the climb.

After a steep journey through forests and over rocky paths, you reach the iconic cliff Preikestolen. Here you hang 605 meters above the fjord, with views of endless mountains and water. It is quiet, only the sound of the wind and your own breathing.

Along the way, you'll pass peaceful spots to pause, where you can enjoy the view or have a bite to eat at the shops and restaurants. The route is challenging, but the reward is unprecedented.
