Barco is a village and a former civil parish in the municipality of Covilhã, Castelo Branco District, Portugal. In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish Barco e Coutada. It is about 5 kilometres northwest of Fundão.The village, in a fertile river valley settled since Roman times, depends mainly on agriculture and has a declining population.
