This temple is situated about 50 meters to the east of Wat Sa Khai Nam. Located outside the western city wall, the main stupa used to have a lotus-bud shape with a well-proportioned base. It is the largest stupa in St Satchanalai. In front of the stupa stands a vihara on a lower base. In the back of the main stupa, the foundations of five aligned round stupa were found. The temple is surrounded by rectangular laterite posts with 3 entrances.
