Located near the town wall in the southeast on the eastern side of Phra Ruang road, this temple might be Wat Lankaram as mentioned in the stone inscription found at Wat Asokaram. The temple consists of the main chedi, which is assumed to have a circular bell shape by judging from its remaining base of a vast size, a vihara, the ordination hall and subordinate chedi. Remarkably, the position of the ordination hall located to the west of the main chedi is in accordance with the layout of a temple in the Ayutthaya period.
