This temple ruin is located about 200 meters to the north of Wat Phaya Dam. Foundations of a main chedi with lotus shape top and a vihara are the important historic monuments here. The temple ruin consists of a vihara of rectangular size, measuring 10 by 30 meters. The building had front and back porticos. Behind the vihara stood a lotus-shaped chedi on a four-leveled square base with sides of 13 meters in width. The site was excavated and restored in 1992.
