Prasat Hin Wat Sa Kamphaeng Noi is a hospital chapel or Arogayasala built by Jayavarman VII situated in Kayung Sub-district of Uthumphon Phisai District in Si Saket Province. The site is on a slight rise, surrounded by a modern monastery. Prasat Hin Wat Sa Kamphaeng Noi consists of a small redented tower built in laterite, facing east and located in a small enclosure of 35 x 20 meters. This redented laterite tower in its small enclosure was built during the reign of Jayavarman VII in the Bayon style of late 12th to early 13th century as the chapel for an hospital. The site is a shrine of the Mahayana Buddhists. Prasat Hin Wat Sra Kamphaeng Noi has been constructed during the same period as the Prasat Hin Wat Sa Kamphaeng Yai.
