From Sra Kaeo, purified water was distributed to the Snake Pond and the Kaeo Basin at Ban Saphan It through baked-clay water pipes (terracotta) with a diameter of 35 cm and protected by brick trenches. From the Kaeo Basin, fresh water flowed to the Prang Khaek water storage tank (located at the junction of Wichayen and Sura Songkhram roads) and further to the water tank at the Rachaniwet Palace. Remnants of the pipeline can be seen at the Lopburi Zoo.
