Pa Lan Hin Dat Waterfall is about 500 meters from Wat Pa Lan Hin Dat in Wang Muang District. It is on the provincial boundary of Phatthana Nikhom District, Lop Buri Province and Wang Muang District, Saraburi. The waterfall has three sections. A concrete road leads to the waterfall. The Lan Forest originally covered this area. There are a lot of Lan trees, hence the origin of the name of the waterfall and the village. Lan is a name for many trees in the genus Corypha, Palmae family, similar to palm trees, leaves for handicrafts, books, etc. Lan (Corypha umbraculifera - Talipot palm) is common in temples and peatland (Corypha elata Roxb.). In 2000, the Office of the Prime Minister used 6 million baht to develop the area. Unfortunately, the area was in a dilapidated situation in January 2023.
