The Pa Sak - Jonlasit Dam spillway is a structure used to provide the controlled release of water downstream from the dam into the riverbed of the Pa Sak River. A spillway is also known as an overflow channel. If overflow occurs, the whole structure and design of the dam can become damaged. Therefore, excess water needs to be discharged successfully to avoid any potential disasters.
