Méridienne Verte / Green Meridian

He wanted to materialise the méridien de Paris (Meridian of Paris), thé zero meridian for a long time. The Méridienne Verte crosses France from North to South, from Dunkerque, Nord-Pas-de-Calais to Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste in Pyrénées-Orientales.
