This three-storey house, in traditional style, was built in 1736.
The facade is typical of the 18th century, but the interior has undergone significant changes. In the 19th century it was the residence of the first bishop of the Diocese of Nivariense, Luis Folgueras Sion, and later the Colegio mayor of the Institute of the Canary Islands.
