Description

Benjamin de Grenier raises a herd of 100 head of Bazadaise cows. This passion was rewarded by the Aquitanima 2017 prize (inter-regional competition for the Bazadaise breed) for Jasper, bred in Rimons. The farm offers the sale of beef live only at the Boutique.
The Farm also breeds a variety of duck renowned for its finesse and the flavour of its meat and liver. The ducks are raised in semi-liberty. Foie gras, confits and duck specialties are sold at the farm or by mail order.
