The Street Workout area (near the city stadium) is designed for all ages, but on certain apparatus, such as the horizontal ladder, you'll need adult assistance to reach it. It's positioned on soft ground, which provides good shock absorption in the event of a fall. It consists of a horizontal ladder, parallel bars, ab bench and pull-up bar. Next, near the children's playground in the heart of the park, there's a city bike whose height can be adjusted at the saddle (no notion of age, just height of leg to touch the pedals). If you have a cell phone, you can scan the barcode on the bike, which will then allow you to adjust the pedaling hardness, see the pedaling time, and so on... Next door is an elliptical (no age limit) which uses the same barcode system to adjust resistance. Of course, if you don't have a cell phone, you'll have no problem exercising, as the machines are set to a basic resistance, which is enough to get you going. And finally, right next to these 2 elements is a bench for doing abdominal exercises.
