Since recently, every route on RouteYou shows the last verification date. This is the most recent date that we know the route was evaluated for correctness.
Why
We do this because the quality of a route that was verified yesterday feels slightly different from a route that was verified 9 years ago. The chance that something has changed on a route from 9 years ago is higher than on a route from yesterday. It does not change the fact that it is perfectly possible that a route from 9 years ago is still beautiful and correct. With that 'last verified' label we only give you a reference point of when the route in question was last evaluated.
