Dear participant,
The countdown has begun for the Belgium Vespa Days on Saturday, 24/08/24, and Sunday, 25/08/24, in Tessenderlo. A lot of discussion and preparation has been done by the organization. Together with your enthusiasm and fun factor, this is guaranteed to be an unforgettable two-day event!
Practical tips:
- Each participant will receive an envelope containing the necessary gadgets for your participation. You can obtain this at the registration desk at the event entrance upon presentation of your ID card. Saturday 24/08/24 between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, you can get it from our parking attendants at the event entrance.
- Campers can collect their envelope at the campsite itself on Friday, 23/08/24, between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Contents of the envelope:
- 3 cm sticker: Vespa access control, place this in a visible spot to ensure smooth access to the reserved parking.
- Wristband for the participant
- Event Vespa banner. Holes can be made on-site as desired. Fixings to be provided by you.
- Entrance ticket based on tear-off tickets.
