Link now one specific POI to a route

You can now link a specific POI to one of your routes using the Individual POI-PUSH. You probably know already the POI-PUSH allowing you to add POIs in bulk to a route. But it wasn't possible to add a specific POI to a route.

That is solved now with the  Individual POI-PUSH.
