The area around the Montaña Roja is worth a walk, especially the seismites which are a special phenomenon.

With this walk we aim to take a look at these seismites and climb the Montaña Roja.

Start at the Playa de la Tejita car park.

The seismites are close to Playa Baja La Arena, which we reach after about a kilometer and a half. The seismites are photographically attractive...

Continue past the old war bunker to Montaña Bocinegro. The road now takes us uphill to the Mirador of the Montaña Roja.

We retrace our steps and descend further through the nature reserve and seismic park to the starting point.
