The path is marked with yellow pictograms and dots on trees and rocks. The route through Ekkodalen is easy to walk, but in the cliffs above the valley, there are several passages that are very difficult. Be especially careful in wet weather, where the rocks can be slippery. The route is 5.5 km.
In Ekkodalen itself, the path goes through a fence where Galloway cattle are grazing.
