The Stonecutter Trail is a circular route of approximately 5.5 kilometers that takes you through challenging terrain in several places. The trail is marked with red dots and arrows on stones and trees, as well as with red pictograms on posts. It is recommended to walk the trail counterclockwise, which is also the direction indicated by the arrows on the markers. The trail connects Osand Bay in the east and Hammer Harbor in the west, and along the way, two loops lead up into the mountains to fissure valleys, plateaus, cliffs, streams, lakes, small homestead quarries, and large, dramatic quarries with vertical rock walls.
