Los Schoberköpfe son varios picos dispuestos en forma de cresta en el borde este de la meseta de Hochkönig en los Alpes de Berchtesgaden, que forman una cresta arqueada en forma de semicírculo que se abre hacia el este hacia el valle de Salzach: Las empinadas paredes sur de 200–300 m caen hacia el Eiskar pedregoso y ascienden de nuevo en la marcada columna del portal a 2588 m. Un poco al oeste de la cresta, en el Schoberschartl, termina el glaciar de la meseta de la Übergossenen Alm, que ocupa una parte de la llanura de cumbres de Hochkönig.
