El ayuntamiento de Graz alberga al alcalde y al consejo municipal de la localidad austriaca de Graz.
El primer ayuntamiento de Graz fue construido en 1450, pero pronto resultó ser demasiado pequeño. Un siglo después, en 1550, se construyó un ayuntamiento más grande en la ubicación donde se encuentra el actual ayuntamiento. Solo las esquinas de este estaban adornadas y el edificio fue erigido en estilo renacentista. En el edificio se encontraba, entre otras cosas, la prisión. Este edificio se mantuvo hasta principios del siglo XIX, cuando se construyó un nuevo ayuntamiento en estilo clasicista que se amplió varias veces a finales del siglo XIX. Para esto, fue necesario adquirir algunos edificios.
