El valle de Tannheimer es un valle elevado situado a unos 1100 metros de altitud en las montañas de Tannheim, una parte de los Alpes de Allgäu en el distrito de Reutte, Tirolo. Es un valle lateral izquierdo del valle de Lech que mide aproximadamente 20 kilómetros de largo y tiene un fondo de valle amplio. El valle se separa como un valle colgante en Weißenbach del valle superior de Lech hacia el oeste, pasando por el paso de Gaicht y Nesselwängle hasta una divisoria de aguas del valle a unos 1140 m sobre el nivel del mar, antes del Haldensee. La sección del valle mencionada hasta ahora drena a través de Nesselwängler Ache, Warpsbach y Weißenbach, en total hacia el sureste hacia el Lech en Weißenbach.
