La propiedad Bad Volderwildbad se encuentra en el valle de Volder, un pequeño valle lateral del valle del Inn tirolés en los Alpes de Tux, a 1104 metros de altura y es un barrio del municipio de Volders. Funcionó como "Alpengasthof, baño y pensión" hasta su cierre.
El antiguo asentamiento fue un lugar de caza de los nobles tiroleses y fue mencionado por primera vez en documentos en 1463. El barón Damian Genger construyó en 1625 una capilla barroca, dedicada a los santos médicos Cosmas y Damian. La importancia de Volderwildbad como balneario fue elogiada ampliamente en una crónica de 1756. En ocasiones también se le llamó "Baño Jungbrunnen". Maximiliano I, el último caballero, y el líder campesino José Speckbacher fueron algunos de los huéspedes famosos. En 1919, el hospedería Volderwildbad con aserradero y agricultura fue asumido por Josef Fink.
