La iglesia de San Martín es la iglesia parroquial de la localidad de Lovendegem, que forma parte del municipio de Lievegem en la provincia de Flandes Oriental, ubicada en Dorp.
En 1140 se mencionó por primera vez un edificio de iglesia en Lovendegem. Durante la Tempestad de Imágenes, la iglesia fue en gran parte destruida y en 1616 se completó la reconstrucción, llevada a cabo por Jan y Robrecht Persyns. La iglesia dependía de la Abadía de San Pedro de Gante. A mediados del siglo XVIII, se restauró la torre y en 1770 se añadió una sacristía. En 1788, la iglesia se amplió hacia el oeste con tres tramos. En 1822, se reconstruyó el coro según el diseño de J.B. Van de Cappelle. En 1896-1897, la iglesia fue restaurada a fondo en estilo neogótico, añadiendo un pórtico, capillas laterales y un transepto.
