El Fuerte de Dave es uno de los nueve fuertes que se construyeron como parte de las fortificaciones de Namur a finales del siglo XIX en Bélgica. Fue construido entre 1888 y 1892 según los planes del general Henri Alexis Brialmont. A diferencia de los fuertes franceses que fueron construidos en la misma época por Raymond Adolphe Séré de Rivières, el fuerte fue construido exclusivamente de hormigón sin tratar, un nuevo material, en lugar de mampostería. En 1914, el fuerte fue fuertemente bombardeado por la artillería alemana durante la Batalla de Namur. Dave fue modernizado en los años 30 para formar parte de la posición fortificada de Namur en un intento de frustrar o retardar un ataque desde Alemania. Entró en acción en 1940 durante la Batalla de Bélgica y fue capturado por tropas alemanas. El fuerte está ahora abandonado y es propiedad del estado.
