La torre de esta iglesia de ladrillo proviene de la anterior, una obra neoclásica de 1828. Esta torre cuadrada del oeste tiene dos cuerpos, está cubierta con un pináculo estrangulado y tiene una imagen de San Pedro sobre el portal de entrada.
El actual edificio de la iglesia está realizado en estilo neorrománico y data de 1910. La iglesia se amplió de 1949 a 1950 con dos naves laterales.
