Description

El proyecto de redistribución de tierras Sint-Lievens-Houtem se llevó a cabo en el período 2007-2015. Se mejoraron, construyeron o renovaron más de 55 km de caminos. Caminos que antes terminaban en dead ends fueron conectados entre sí. El municipio ahora cuenta con aproximadamente 110 km de caminos lentos. El municipio de Sint-Lievens-Houtem aprovechó estas nuevas oportunidades para desarrollar nuevas rutas recreativas. Esto se hizo en colaboración con la Sociedad de Tierras Flamenca, la administración provincial de East Flanders y Bloso.
