En 1912, se fundó esta cervecería. En este distrito, se centralizaron todas las actividades para la fabricación de cerveza: cervecerías, productores de botellas y productores de máquinas de cerveza.
En 1926, se construyó el recorrido de la fábrica de 30 metros. La torre no solo es un ejemplo de la función publicitaria del Art Deco, sino que también es un ejemplo de una técnica de construcción ingeniosa.
Las actividades de la cervecería se detuvieron en 1952, pero la cerveza Atlas siguió siendo producida por la Cervecería Haecht hasta 1980. Haecht continuó utilizando los edificios en Anderlecht como un depósito.
Hace algunos años, la cervecería fue comprada por la organización sin fines de lucro Emmaüs. Fue protegida en 2001.
