En 1912, cette brasserie a été fondée. Dans ce district, toutes les activités de fabrication de bière étaient centralisées : brasseries, producteurs de bouteilles et producteurs de machines à brasser.
En 1926, la visite de l'usine de 30 mètres a été construite. La tour est non seulement un exemple de la fonction publicitaire de l'Art Déco, mais c'est aussi un exemple d'une technique de construction ingénieuse.
Les activités de la brasserie ont été arrêtées en 1952, mais la bière Atlas a continué à être produite par la brasserie Haecht jusqu'en 1980. Haecht a continué à utiliser les bâtiments à Anderlecht comme dépôt.
Il y a quelques années, la brasserie a été achetée par l'organisation à but non lucratif Emmaüs. Elle a été classée en 2001.
