CEMENTERIO DE ARTILLERÍA WOOD
El Cementerio de Artillería Wood fue establecido por la División de Guards tras la batalla de Pilkem Ridge a finales de julio de 1917, cuando la división conquistó Artillery Wood al este del canal Ypres-IJzer a los alemanes. El cementerio estaba justo al lado del lado norte del bosque. Siguió siendo un cementerio en la línea del frente hasta marzo de 1918.
En el momento del armisticio, había 141 tumbas. Se hizo una expansión con la inhumación de restos de cementerios más pequeños evacuados y cuerpos encontrados en el campo de batalla alrededor de Boezinge.
Ahora hay 1307 víctimas de la Primera Guerra Mundial enterradas, incluyendo 506 no identificados y 12 víctimas con un 'memorial especial' "Conocidos por estar enterrados en este cementerio" o "Se cree que están enterrados en este cementerio".
El cementerio fue diseñado por Sir Reginald Blomfield.
