La gruta de Lourdes se creó por iniciativa de la señora Cassiers. Esta gruta fue fundada en 1880, es una de las grutas de Lourdes más antiguas del país. Alrededor de la gruta se representan las "Siete Dolorosas" y los "Quince Misterios".
Anualmente, esta gruta atrae a muchos peregrinos, especialmente en el mes de mayo.
