La construcción de este puente-ferroviario que soporta las vías de la línea 161 a la salida del túnel Berlaymont para cruzar la Chaussée d’Etterbeek requería una altura mínima de tablero. Para el tramo previsto, esto dicta el uso de vigas preflexionadas. Puente-ferroviario compuesto por 3 tableros independientes que soportan cada uno una vía. Cada tablero está compuesto por 3 vigas preflexionadas. Cada viga preflexionada está constituida por un perfil HEM 1000, seriamente reforzado por placas soldadas en las bases.
