Este pequeño y pacífico parque fue creado a principios del siglo XX como parte de la construcción del bulevar du Souverain. El parque, y especialmente su estanque, alberga a muchas aves: gallinetas, gansos egipcios, patos, garzas y muchos más. 16 de los 18 tipos de murciélagos inventariados en Bélgica también han hecho de este su terreno de caza preferido. Muchos árboles en el parque han sido designados como ‘árboles notables’ en la región de Bruselas.
