Dit kleine, rustige park werd begin 20e eeuw aangelegd in het kader van het doortrekken van de Vorstlaan. Het park, en dan vooral de vijver, trekt bijzonder veel vogels aan: waterhoenen, nijlganzen, wilde eenden, reigers en talloze andere soorten. 16 van de 18 soorten vleermuizen die in België voorkomen hebben het park uitgekozen als hun favoriete jachtterrein. Je vindt er eveneens heel wat bomen die op de lijst met 'opmerkelijke bomen' van Brussel staan.
